muscle woman

a couple of weeks ago i found the most perfect physics moment but because it happened right after i posted one and the next week was a no homework weekend, i was too lazy to put it up so here it is...
as i was making myself all pretty i accidently knocked over something and one side of my earing fell down the drain. i asked my dad if he could get it for me but NOOOO he said that i should learn how to do it so if it ever happened again, i would know what to do. so i had to take out everything from under the sink. then my dad said that i had to take that u shaped pipe out so i used a pipe wrench. i put my had near the top because i thought i was going to have more grip but i was wrong. i had such a hard time. then i realized that i needed to have a longer lever arm because torque is forcexlever arm. so i put my hand near the end of the arm and i rotated that screw like a pro, except that i had good pants on so they didnt slide down when i squatted. but the things inside that pipe was unbelievalby gross and i gagged the whole way through. luckily i did find it and i washed it with alcohol and water and soap and everything imaginable. so now you can see why i was so lazy to post this.

boys soccer

these boys had a good season. too bad they kept that streak going. jk. i went to the friday game which is probably why they won. i didnt go on saturday. enough said :) they also made my throat sore even though i didnt really know what was going on half the time.
during the game, i saw so many phyiscs stuff going on. like the one law that newton discovered that explains inertia. the ref raised some flag that they were holding and a boy placed the ball down and kicked it. the ball would have stayed there but when it was hit by an outside force, it moved. it also would have kept going but because of the friction of the ball with the grass and the attractiveness that the ball had on the players, it slowed down and was kicked again. there were also soooooo many parabolas. there was also so much shoving around. F=ma. i think the boys were all about the same mass so the main aspect was acceleration. when a guy from the other team had the ball, some players charged right up to them, hitting them with so much force that they often fell down.
good game to the boys and this is my physics dedication to them.
peace

my hubby chris brown

of course i went to the chris brown concert and of course i took a lot of pictures and of course i found some physics stuff in my pictures.

1. chris brown has some amazing moves. when he did flips, he was one hott projectile.

2. he was on this platform that rotated. cb and his dancers were dancing on the platform while it rotated, reminding me of that pretty hard physics problem on the exam.

3. the family next to me bought those light toys. the light rotated around the stick handle. the plastic cord created tension and the light did not fall off in the tangental direction.

4. another projectile was when he took his clothes off and threw it in the audience. my lucky cousins friend caught that.
